Can I bring my computer to you?
We offer the convenience of on-site support which means we come to your home or business. We do not have a physical location for customers to drop off devices for support.
Do you only work on Apple devices?
While Mike is an Apple specialist, he can also help you with home networking, smart device setup and much more just reach out to discuss your needs.
Do you do physical repairs?
Mike does not do physical repairs of devices on-site. However, he does offer concierge services to take your device to a local Apple Authorized repair shop and deliver it back to you upon completion of the repair.
